Sticks and stones may break our bones, but teenage girls are lethal! Ashleigh rules the Lady Jean Ladies with an iron crop, surrounded by her devoted (and terrified) inner circle. They have the horses, the ribbons, and the matching outfits. But when the stable is threatened with foreclosure, and their horses to be killed for meat, the group’s carefully curated world begins to gallop toward a nervous breakdown. As the girls fight to save their social standing, their friendship morphs into a frantic struggle for survival.
